Apple scab, EFB.  The next week is going to be cool and
wet according to the weather forecast.
Small greenhouses or plastic to keep water
off the soil is REALLY looking like a good idea.
Good time for planting cole crops, lettuce,
and most transplants. Temps 45-65 is still
pretty cold. 
For cherry tomatoes - cover with plastic
 or use walls of water , or black plastic for
added warmth, or even lots of full milk jugs.
