Prune/plums breaking bud and some white showing.
Blueberries, more bud break.
Apples - flower buds getting big.
Finish pruning.
Do dormant fungicide sprays and dormant oil sprays.
Garlic up 12 inches.
Do a quick turning of the soil during this dry period to loosen the soil.
