Friday June 5
Notable warm-up this weekend throughout the PNW, with temps jumping into summer mode. A dry pattern
now indicated all the way through the weekend of June 13, 14. As suspected,
models are now leaning back towards a possible warm Saturday, June 13. Dare we
believe?
The week of June 15 continues to look cooler & showery
at times, with an upper-level low moving into the region by mid-week. Not an
unusual pattern for June in the PNW. If this continues to present on the charts,
berry patrons should consider review fruit protection management programs, as
fruit will be ripening and vulnerable.
