The cool season herbs can be planted, ie - thyme, rosemary, mint, valerian.
If soil is well drained, continue plating the cole crops.
Hold off in applying mulch as it will keep the soil wet and cold. Mulch around tree fruits or berries will slow the bloom development a little bit.
