If you have raised beds, the good soil will allow you to plant. Plant any cole crops.
If you have wet, clay soil, cover with plastic or put up small greenhouses using BiMArt plastic rolls, rebar and flexible white plastic pipe.
Or plant into black plastic which will keep the soil and the black plastic will heat the soil.
